*Rates for two persons
*A supplement of € 40 per night for each additional person
*Children up to three years stay free of charge
*A cleaning fee of 30 euros is requested for each reservation.
*Local tax is 1,50€ per night/person for the first 5 nights of stay in the high season and 1€ per night/person for the first 5 nights during the low season.
*From October onwards, basing on climate and temperature, we apply an extra charge of 15 € per night for the wood-fired heating.
*Festivity days (Easter, Christmas holidays) are considered high season.
