Unless otherwise agreed, a reservation is defined by the payment of a deposit (30%) of the total expected expenditure.
Cancellation
If the cancellation occurs no later than 7 days from check-in, the deposit will be valid for a new booking within the same year. Otherwise, the entire advance amount will be retained as compensation.
Early departure
The customer will still be required to pay for all nights booked. However, no additional costs will be charged.
